COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nefiltrovaný, nepasterizovaný, spodně kvašený ležák plzeňského typu. Pivo světle zlatavé barvy, výrazně chmelové chuti s vyváženou hořkostí. Příprava tradiční technologií dvojího rmutování ve varně, kvašení ve spilce a zrání v ležáckém sklepě. Název piva je spojen se jménem kostela sv. Ignáce, který se nachází v sousedství Radničního pivovaru a taktéž se zakladatelem Jezuitského řádu, který v Jihlavě zanechal nesmazatelné historické stopy.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of bremash and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, caramel, and malt, leading to athin dry finish. The beer is not finished lagering.

On tap at the restaurant adjacent the pub (03/03/13). Hazy gold pour, beautiful white head. Big focus on caramel in the aroma, something not quite usual for the style, grainy, hop aroma is faint/non-existant. Taste of grain, caramelized cereal, reminiscent of a cream ale, both in palate and taste. Enjoyable.

My Bottom Line:
Caramelized cereals and mild herbal hops dwell in a puffy mouthfeel.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A sturdy, creamy head of foam laces atop the misty golden.
-This feels like they’ve carbonated the beer with a dose of nitrogen!
-Malt sugars precede herbal hop bitterness for a balanced finish.
-Hops are milder here than in most Svetlys.

On tap at the brewpub.
