Can. Pours a light green body, with no head. Weird, artificial aroma, some perry. Nice taste, though, very sweet, but you know what to expect. Medium carbonated, thin body, watery texture. Actually, not that bad for what it is. Very drinkable.

500 ml can bought from local IKEA store. Very light apple green colour; Minimal head and extremely thin white froth which disappeared in 5 seconds, like a 7-Up. Very light body, no lacing with residual carbonation. Strong smell and sweet taste of pears, pear juice and perfume. Thin but pleasant palate with nice tartness and hint of alcohol. White wine and cider-like dry after taste followed by a slightly warming cider alcohol spike to finish.

Comments: a passable perry, perhaps too thin for taste but quite enjoyable throughout. This is way, way better than those awful house brand lager and dunkel (both sold at discounted prices) I had previously. It was bought at regular price, and it turns out the best deal here is no deal after all.

A black can with a green pear: Fizzy, lively and clear to clear white foamy bubbles, like a 7up and those bubbles disappear quicker than that foamy head of a coca cola. Leaves a glass filled with a perry looking like water with a hint of pear color coming through. But you can seriously say it’s a glass of Spa Red (water with carbo). The smell is a mix of pear, pear peel, yeast, (pear) candy, hints of alcohol and dust. The taste is pretty nice: champagne and pear with hints of yeast, pear candy sweets and alcohol. From the 2nd second to and with the aftertaste it’s nice, maybe a bit dull but it’s kind of elegant and well balanced. The aftertaste is pure pear with a sweet touch to it. Nothing else. Medium carbo, soft light creamy texture, medium body and a texture between watery and creamy. Pretty nice but after a while it turns a bit sweet and less elegant.

Can, IKEA Hengelo. Very pale color. Pear sweets in the aroma. Pear in the sugary sweet flavor. Sticky and bland.

Can. No head. Color is close to water. Aroma and taste are sugar and perries. Another alcopop.

Can from Ikea Sweden. Very pale yellow greenish colour. Light perry aroma. Slightly sour and sweet perry flavor. Short finish. Watery palate.
