2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle from IKEA Gateshead. Better than you might think - not a ton of flavour but beats some of the high street lagers for sure

0.33 l bottle @ Ikea Bilbao, Spain. Quite refreshing during a sunny day, but otherwise nothing special. Bit of hops and some sweetness.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Seems a plain and shallow beer at first, but surprises a little bit with a slight minty taste and the appearance of some hoppy tastes as well.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Ikea Delft. Poured a crystal clear straw colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is yeast, stale malt. Typical lager. The flavour is medium bitter with a watery malt, light hop bitter palate with a hint of citrus. Light bodied with average carbonation. Refreshing. Not so bad as lagers go.

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
Seeing this beer in IKEA was a surprise. Naturally, I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s not that bad.
It has the typical lager appearance with golden color and average white head.
The nose easily picks up malt and also some grains.
The taste is light and slightly watery, with slightly sweet start and decently bitter finish.
There’s really not much to it, but it’s still pretty enjoyable. Even makes the visit to the store worthwhile.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
330ml bottle served chilled. Poured into a half pint Ayingerbrau lager glass Bright clear gold with a proud white head. Hay aroma with floral hints. Cereal and lemon flavour. If I fetched up somewhere on holiday in the Med, and the local brew tasted like this, I would be quite happy. Crisp clean refreshing and functional as you’d expect from IKEA. Notice how I managed to avoid a yawn-inducing joke about putting it together myself when I got home.

Pours a clear golden color. Smells like watery hay. Watery taste with only the mildest hints of grain.

1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
330ml bottle from.... IKEA, no really. The beer like the furniture is a bit bland, but at least I didn’t make it myself when I got home. Gimmicky review for a gimmicky beer.
