Bottled. Hazy orange yellow color, not much head. Some banana and wheat in the nose - very Belgian witbier like. Very light, weak banana flavors. No hops found, fruity.

(Stockholm Beer Festival 2006) Hazy yellow, white head. Yeasty, fruity aroma with citrus, banana and pine apple. Fruity malty flavor, a bit thin.

[Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival] Cloudy pale yellow. Soapy and very fruity. Citric with evident wheat malt character. Unclean flavour. More confusing than anything else.

Orange, fully hazy beer with pistacchio shine; very small, irregular white head. Vaguely citrus, but especially malts in the nose. Gradually, the fresh citrus conquers more of the malt. Short dry-bitterish flavour; whereas the nose suggested fruity-sourish with some malt underbuild, this is much more spicey and watery. If there’s tea, I’m not getting it. Extremely neutral in the end. Light bodied, watery texture, fizzy. Bit disappointing: somehow the combination tea-beer-citrus sounded better in my imagination.

Bottled. Sweet fruit and tea in the aroma. Cloudy, off-white head, few lace. Sweet fruits, citrus, light bitter, hint of tea, sparkling, light dry mouthfeel, medium body. Boy, was I disappointed when I found out it was from Belgium instead of Japan.

turbothy (1007) - Bonn, GERMANY - APR 19, 2006
Pours looking like a standard lager. Aroma is funky, and not in a particularly good way. Flavour is of a standard lager with a very grassy aftertaste. Way too carbonated.

From bottle. Opaque yellow with very light head. Smells of fruit, tastes sugary with hints of apple and finishes like iced green tea. Smooth to swallow, light and somewhat refreshing but a bit weak for more than a small bottle on a hot day.

bottle 33cl. pale yellow hazy beer with a greenish shine. aroma: yeasty, bit citrussy, peach. taste: yeasty, bit funky(brett), bit hop bitter, bit fruity, no green tea, no yuzu(dont know how that tastes!). finishes fruity and bitter. light bodied with lively carbonation. overall its nice but a bit too thin(watery?).
