Very good beer, in fact one of the best I have tasted. Golden-yellow, citrus smell, slightly salty, fruity, slightly fizzy, highly refreshing, taste lingers for long!

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2008 Thanks TBone! Hazy golden with fizzy pale head. Fruity aroma (grapes and grapefruit), light hayish hops and malt. Exotic fruity, grassy and slightly sour flavor with quite bitter and dry, yeasty finish. Light to medium bodied, fizzy carbonation. Refreshing and fruity, something like a helles and witbier mixed.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow color with a bubbly white head. Aroma was citrus and spice. The taste is a bit spicy and some grain. Leaves a tingle but gritty finish.

Draught at In de Wildeman. Golden, slightly hazy color with creamy head. The aroma of tobacco, dull hops and lemon. Lemony, grainy and herbal flavor with nice long finish. Light bodied and refreshing. This works and the special ingredients give a nice twist. According to a prochure at the Wildeman this beer was brewed by Huyghe!?!

Straw-coloured and cloudy with a lasting white head. Looks like Hoegaarden and smells like it too: wheaty with hints of orange and spice. Also a hint of PG Tips tea! A smooth, rounded mouthfeel and a spicy wheat flavour with lemon and orange hints. Tangy aftertaste. Not bad, but you wouldn’t dunk your digestives in it.
