A light bodied Ale beer made from pure malted barley. Refreshing, balanced, finely fruited in the European-ale style, with a fresh hops finish. Pairs beautifully with fried foods, cheese plates and it is terrific with sushi.

750 from Corti Bros. Pours clear blonde with an attractive white head and a citrus aroma. There is a carbonated pale malt flavor with a bitter citrus finish. This is a light-bodied brew that is good on a hot day.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. in Sacramento, CA. Pours dishwater orange gold with a frothy white head. Aroma of light pitted fruits and herby hop. About medium body. Hop wise this suggests a pilsner. Except for the amount of fruit it probably would fool me. The taste is good, and the apparently noble hop is just excellently bitter. I keep thinking imperial pils based on the bitterness level. I really like this low ABV beer. Lots of good hops make up for the lack of ethanol.

Assaggiata alla spina al Forteto, e mi ha fatto una discreta impressione molto fresca ed erbacea.
