COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
(Brewed w/orange peel & spices) Brewed in the traditional technique of high-temperature fermentation (top-fermenting yeast), it’s well-rounded with biscuit-like flavourings. Refreshing, rather bitter, and dry aftertaste. Forceful, genuine beer. Very good with pizza, spicy food, beef stew and grilled steak.

750 from Corti Bros. Pours reddish amber with a rich beige head and a citrus and bread aroma. There is a medium-bodied smoked malt flavor with a hint of spice and a dry finish.

Capped 750 from Corti Bros. in Sacramento, CA. Pours as a hazy, slightly ruddy, amber with a 3 finger frothy collapsing beige head. Nose is citrus, along with a little caramel and hot bits. Near full bodied. Flavor starts grapey! There is some light citrus, possibly zest. It’s fairly dry, and decently bitter. After I get past the "grape", it seems lightly bready. Then the "grape" returns. Let’s just say there’s malt, fruit and mild spice. It drinks pretty darn good, and I do think it would go well with spicy food. If the curry shows up soon, I will find out!

Colore ambrato con fine schiuma. Al naso frutta e spezie. In bocca molto bevibile, con corpo leggero, poco dolce, e per niente amara nel finale.
