Draught at the brewpub. Milky yoghurt aroma. Very cloudy orange colour. Nice stable white head. The flavour is quite dry with a hint of butter. Swelling carbonation. Not nasty or sour, but the driness and butter suggest an infection.

Draught @ Brewery tap, Giardino della Birra, Lambrate, Milan, Italy. Hazy medium yellow / orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is toasted, light toffee, light butter, light sour butter. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (071107)

Very effervescent, 1-inched head, fully lasting. Cloudy, firmly malty body. Pils-like in its strong bohemian hoppiness, especially by Italian’s standards. Subtle herbal, floral notes which translat into a soft bitterness. Cleansing strong carbonation never bites and leads to the next sip. Fresh, almost mild wheaty undertones make it all the more drinkable. Bordering excellent.

Hazy blond color. Wonderful Saaz aroma, and lemon; herbal. Unfortunately, the mouthfeel is too light, lacking in malt and body, but with a reasonable hoppy final.
