A perfect blend of Cascade, Centennial, and Northern Brewer hops gives this classic India Pale Ale the kind of robust flavor that Il Vicino restaurants are known for. This lush hop character is layered with rich malt undertones to create a tasty and satisfying ale. Tawny-hued and aromatic, Wet Mountain IPA is a brew you won't soon forget. NOTE: Bottled version is contract brewed by Bristol Brewing Company.

Sampled from the tap at the Canteen. Pours a clear amber with a creamy tan head that lasts throught the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of grass with a hint of resin and a bread backbone. Flavor has has more of a bitter citrus and grass combination backed by sweet grains.

Pours copper color, nice white head with good lacing. Aroma is citrus, more mild than typical west coast. Flavor is malt forward, not too bitter. Very good IPA.

12 oz bottled in Nov. from Tipsy’s. Orange/amber and pretty clear with a sticky white head. Aroma of bitter hops (pine, floral, herbal), and rich malts (bread, caramel, toffee). Bitter, linerging flavor, with an average body. A little musty, not too fresh.

Good session IPA from the standpoint of being a moderately hopped IPA. Leans to the malty side with a not so dry finish. Enjoyable enough to order again.

Pours a copper ale color, quite unexpected for a Western IPA which are usually apricot-orange, hoppy nose but equally malty on the nose, nice malt/hop balance on the palate, hoppy, malty finish. Reminds me more of an East Coast style, than the grapefruit/piney West Coast style.

Disappointed with this beer beautiful of the previous ratings. Too malty and not hoppy enough for my expected IPA tastes.

Draft at brewery. Pours a pale gold with minimal, white head. Aroma is understated citrus and pine. Taste is pleasantly bitter. Easy, bitter finish. A session-able IPA - kudos to a home state brewery.

10 oz. pour at the brewery. Pours a copper color. The aroma is fairly dank with strong malts. There’s a bit of pineapple and herbal bite with a leafy quality. The hops don’t quite come through as much as I’d like. The full bodied malts suppress what could potentially be some serious hop action. This is more of a balanced ale.

Pour out of 12 oz bottle, dark orange-red with thin white head, aroma brought notes of old hops, grapefruit, orange, some caramel, toffee, rich earth in there, slight grass, slight berry as well. Taste is a mix of sweet caramel, toffee, earth, hints of old hops, slight orange and berry notes, hints of earth, finishing fairly sweet, slightly bitter. Wish I could have tried this fresh!
