3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Il Vicino on Central. Nice head retention, great lacing. Too much caramel is my main complete. I believe itís Northern Brewer that just canít handle malt sweetness. It melds in this weird nutty, harsh bitterness, but still sweet. Really, this isnít that bad at all, itís just something that irks me in an IPA.

This was better than I expected. Nice orange slight hazey pour. With a nose of mild floral and bread. Taste was a nice hop blended with caramel malts and citrus. Good brew.
