2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
On tap. Very very sweet. Lady at store told me later it suppose to be like that. I felt ton of sugar and pretty much nothing more.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
1L bottle (Ilgezeem Kvass Stall, Riga Market)
6 Roasty grainy aroma, some caramelliness.
4 Rich reddy brown, beige head.
5+ huge lactic and buttery taste, then again, we did have to travel with it and keep it on our windowsill overnight. Past that, there’s a great roasty body - right on the edge of the brown/black divide roast-wise.
3- Flat palate, carbonation low. Finish is full of more of the roast.
10+ It’s the same - everything from the nose to the finish, which makes it so simple it’s almost boring. Only flaw is the butter, but I’m notoriously forgiving of that.
