Draught at Pierogarnia, Manufaktura, Łódź 19/09/11. Red/brown, clear and slightly gassy with a caramel and rye aroma. Sweet caramel in the taste, treacle, bready rye/barley/grainy overtones, the finish is sweet yet not cloying with a big grainy finish along with more molasses and caramel - surprisingly refreshing.
