Bottle at home. Has a clear, dark nut brown colour with a small, light beige head. Aroma of dades, wood, leather and dark meat. The flavour is more sweet with tones of caramel and leather. Slick and light mouth feel, and has a light bitterness. Nice aroma, light flavour, a solid mild.

13.09.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Small creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is kind of metallic grainy, wet moldy grain, caramel, hay, hints of chocolate and roasted malts. Taste is definately mild, slightly roasted malts, hay, wet grain, hops, hints og burnt caramel. Mild bitterness. Fair enough, but I’ve had way better than this.

On cask @ the Stockbridge Tap. This was the beer of the afternoon. I thought it was somewhere between a mild and a brown ale in character. Some of the chocolate across aroma and taste but also a beautiful nuttiness. Well balanced palate - really enjoyable.
