UPDATED: APR 22, 2011 1) Cask, Coventry 2010. Slightly luminous yellow-orange with not much head. Stewed hoppiness like tea, ganja and grapefruit juice aroma. Full-on fresh grapefruity and apple notes; stewed tea squeezed with grapefruit, compensating cream and nuts. I’m going for a walk.
2) Cask handpull, The Old Bell Tavern, Harrogate, 18/04/11. Almond and celery aroma. Glass of white fluff and gold. That stewed tea, sweat and celery hop like TT turned up to a 7. Almond and stone. None of that fancy new worldstuff. Smells like a lady’s armpit. Scored it about right before.

500mL thanks to huhzubendah. Clear light orange pour. Weak foam. Nose is sticky orange, grapefruit, decent American style hops. Taste is quite nice, not too sticky, some orange juice. Refreshing. Actually, quite impressive. Great palate- light, quenching, mild pine and grapefruit bitterness.

Bottle from Corks, Bristol. Deep golden in colour with a touch of carbonation. Sweet, marmalade aroma with plenty of floral hops. Flavour was packed with jammy fruit, leading to an earthy, dry finish. A beer of contrasts.

Cask at The Fat Badger, Harrogate. Pours a clear golden-orange with an average size semi-lasting frothy off-white head and good lacing. Aroma’s mild but nice, with citrus hops and caramel malt. Nice hoppy flavour, lightly resiny and citrusy, backed by caramel malt. Average bodied. Quite good, I really enjoyed it.

Hand pulled at Bacchus Bar, Birmingham. Smells deeply hoppy and a smingely bit sweet. A floral hop in the mouth, or maybe that’s merely suggested by the name. In any case, it has some perfume and some flavour associated with growth in my flower bed. Not as big as I would have liked for the abv, but good taste and good aroma.
