Keg & Bottle
A transatlantic India Pale Ale brewed with North American and English hops. Deep gold in colour and delivering an intense aroma of berry fruit and citrus. Mary Jane IPA is deceptively smooth on the palette building to a hoppy crescendo with notes of honey and biscuit and a pleasant lingering bitterness to finish.

Keg at the Sussex Arms, Twickeroo Grune, 08/05/15. Clear golden copper with a moderate off white swirl atop. Nose is bitter citric shreds, orange, earthy hop strokes, straw, light caramel. Taste comprises caramel malt, light vanilla, orange pith, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Ok but lower end for the UK keg IPA market.

Golden with white head. Aroma is fruits, peach mango herbal hop. Light body at first (sticky linger though). Flavors of hop include onion, pine , grassy, and some tropical fruits. The addition of north american hops along with the more earthy UK hops make this beer very interesting and nice to fuss over.

Bottle. Hazy gold with thick frothy head. Some lacing. The aroma of sweet berries are mixed with pine and citrus. Citrus rinds, pine, and resin dominate. Very harsh bitterness. Needs some balance.
