Rhubarb Saison
Brewed with renowned writer, Melissa Cole, author of bestseller "Let Me Tell You About Beer". We have used world famous Yorkshire rhubarb to add a hint of sourness. There is earthy spice from the Saison yeast, and fresh vanilla to bring out the sweet notes from a blend of Noble Central European hops. A rich golden colour, this naturally hazy Saison is truly a world beer, refreshing on the palate, with a long, satisfying bittersweet finish. Due to popular demand, Siberia will now join our permanent list in bottle and keg. Siberia is now exported and available in the US

Golden and bubbly. Light sour but not funky, simple malts, neither spicy nor characterful to be honest. Especially the taste is straightforward and dull. The lack of hops should have been solved by a fruitiness or tartness, but I can find those here. (Bottle from Wine Rack Leeds)

Keg at Craft Beer Rising. A clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma of saison yeast, definate rhubarb, tart apple and slight earthy hops. Taste of saison yeast, sour rhubarb, vanilla, tart apple and some custard notes. Light bodied, soft carbonation and an oily texture. Quite a tart, fruity finish. Nice flavours but not my thing.

Light golden colour with white head unfortunately very short but with small lacing. In aroma sweet, fruity and gentle. A bit wine, fruity and sweet in taste. Beer is light, well drinkable and has reallly nice sweet and wine flavour. You want to take next sip.

Golden in colour with a very slight white head, slightly sparkling in the glass. Smells quite sour and wheaty, nice and sour to taste and overall a nice drop.

Bottle. Rhubarb, lemon and malt aroam. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet tart rhubarb, malt and straw flavor. Nice beer - wish I could have gotten a fresher bottle, a bit oxidized.

500ml bottle. Clear, golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, yeasty aroma, a touch of mustard and brine, rhubarb with good will, grainy background. Taste is moderately sweet malty, minimally grainy, bready, biscuity, minimally fruity, maybe rhubarb, cautious herbal-spicy yeasty overtones, some hop bitterness. Nice but a bit lame.

Bottle from a wine store in Grassington. Pours golden with just a hint of pinkness and a thin white head. A very subtle hint of rhubard among farmy yeast notes, moderate spice, hay and hints of marzipan and vanilla. Light and refreshing. Decent.
