On tap at the brewpub. Pours cloudy orange/gold. Virtually no aroma and barely a flavor either. Slight malt and just a hint of hoppiness. Mouthfeel is extremely thin and low carbonation.

Picked up a growler of this at the GTMW thanks to the folks at Illinois Brewing: Poured a bright clear copper colour with really no head. IT had lost some carbonation. Mouthfeel was light and creamy, soft with floral notes abundant. Taste was flavorful- citrusy with soft lime andgrapefruit notes. But not as bold and hoppy as the description said.

(Tap) Pours a light amber color with almost no head. Sweet, fruity aroma. Light hop notes in the taste. The fruity taste almost seems like a flaw. Could have been more hoppy and had a better mouthfeel. Not particularly good.

From the tap this poured a pale amber with a white head that had no desire to do any lacing. The aroma is faint, but it presents some sweet caramel covered by grapefruit anmd pine hop scents. A bit thin, but I can forgive them that because of the hops. The grapefruit gets almost juicy in the flavor, balancing out nicely with the sweet malt. Good crisp, bitter finish. Pretty decent.

not sure i got a good sample of this one. ill try later to try it again and re rate. it was very sweet and a little watery. a good deal of citrus flavor, but that didnt taste like it came from the hops.

Draft, at IBC. I can definitely find the Cascade hops advertised on its description, but I didn’t find it to be especially hoppy for the style. Still some fruit taste that may be more from hops than esters.

Wonderful pale ale-the aroma was very piney/hoppy with a tad darker appearance than say SNPA-lots of lace and a smooth palate with a strong emphasis on Cascade hops. A good brew from an interesting brewery
