Nowadays this beer get wrong than a few years ago. It has a featureless character, only a simple lager. But i’ve drink it in 2006 and it was a good one with nice hop and herbal-yeast flavour, big head and moderated carbonation. But now it has a thiner body with some hoppy and malty taste, pale golden color and a little white head. So this beer had changed...

(Bottle 50 cl) The head of this beer is simply fantastic: it pours out of the bottle as soon as you remove the swing top and rises tall and full in your glass where it settles solidly almost like shaving foam without ever completely going flat. Very fruity and fresh scent, almost like a German wheat. And the wheaty freshness continues into the aroma which is incredibly fresh and pure with a rather discreet bitterness. A pilsener by German/Bavarian standards and quite amazing.
