What to say about Brahma.... It tends to explode when opened. It isn’t appalling. It costs about $2.75 a sixer in Ecuador and is the only foreign made beer you can buy there.

UPDATED: AUG 4, 2014 330ml bottle, 4.3 % abv, at the RedChurch bar in Shoreditch watching the World Cup Final between Germany and Argentina. Clear yellow-gold body, airy white head quickly diminishing. Sweet lime on the nose. Taste of sweet water with a note of lemon. Cardboard, dry ending. Soft-drink impression. Empty (London 13.07.2014).
330ml in a fancy design bottle. Diluted yellow in colour. Lack of foam. Light citrus aroma. Overly sweet, taste almost like sugar water. Hardly a beer at all (sampled with Finn in Kiruna 13.07.2006)

Nose is assaulted by corn and other adjuncts, light amber, small head. Harsh taste of corn, rough drinking. Really poor!

Bottle, 33cl. What good can i say about this beer? Well... the new design of the bottle is really nice. Brewed in Europe by Inbev Dommelen. Straw colour with a very small and disappearing white head. Aroma is weak, flavour is weak, everything is weak! Thin body, watery finish. Avoid this one!

(bottle - 12 oz) Really cool and curvy looking bottle, I’ll give it that. Clear yellow with a sickly looking white head. Aroma is sweet corn mixed with some dry grass. Flavor is very plain; grainy and grassy with some corn and malts. Not much hops and not much flavor.

Bottled. Brewed in Brazil for the UK market. A pale gold coloured lager. The aroma is sweet and corn and icy. The taste is sweet, icy and pretty crap. There is barely any aftertaste which clearly some people like, but what’s the point?
