3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice golden hue with a thin head that dissipates. Aroma is nice with citrus but muted. Taste is great with a crisp light hop taste up front. Finish is a little bland and flat with a bitter hop finish. Palate is a little malty with faint hops. Crisp refreshing beer.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Majority pour from 12 oz. can. Floral, dry, vegetal aroma features orange, rose, and pine scents. The smell was stronger when I bought the six-pack a few weeks ago. Pours a clear, orange-gold with moderate to heavy effervescence. Moderate amount of reasonably long-lasting, cream/eggshell-colored head. Dry start to the taste with creamy/buttery finish (in a good way, not a bad way). Tonic water (quinine), lemon, and grapefruit flavors. Dry aftertaste. Light to medium body. Crispy and soft in the palate. Very easy to drink. Indeed Day Tripper is even better fresher, but it is remarkably good, especially for the often forgettable style, even upon tasting it at at least several weeks old.

12/17/12, On tap at Edina Grill with dinner. Beautiful amber color. Aroma is of a hop bomb. On to the taste...yep, another craft brewery hop bomb. The hops drown out any malt or brewer's skill. This beer is one of hundreds APA's. I hoped for more from the newish Indeed Brewing.

Pour on tap at the brewery, golden yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of nice biscuit, bread, nice orange peel, lemon, slight grassy notes, nice and earthy as well, very balanced. Taste is a mix of balanced orange peel, grass, biscuit, with more grapefruit, some grassy spice as well finishes slightly piney, nice and bitter. Very nice.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bought two cans of this based on the recommendation of the guy at the beer store. The first sip filled my mind with regret that I didn’t buy a six pack and thoughts of how to get more. This is an outstanding APA, with complex and perfectly balanced hops and a great texture and a nice dry finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at GTMW 2013. Hazy amber with a medium tan crown. Aroma is hoppy and dank with citrus and some floral notes and a sweet malt backer. Taste is rather hoppy with citrus, caramel and a prickly aggressive bitter finish.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Type: 12-oz. can
Glass: Lagunitas mason jar
From: My cousin Sam
Purchased: Received it on Nov. 4, 2013
Consumed: Nov. 5, 2013
Misc.: Canned on May 27, 2013
Poured a caramel orange hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of frothy white head. Lots of sporadic spiderweb lacing along the sides of the glass. Good retention as well.
Smelled a potent whiff of fresh hops up front. Initially reminded me of a Stone Ruination IPA or a Lagunitas IPA. Specifically got citrus hops (grapefruit, tangerine and some lemon), floral hops, buttery caramel malts, wet Cascade hops and resin hops. Much more like an IPA than a pale ale.
Tasted more like a pale ale than an IPA, albeit still bitter. Got buttery caramel malts, lemon grass, resin hops, earthy, grainy, honey wheat and bitter floral hops.
Medium-to-light body. Oily texture. Average-to-lively carbonation. Long, bitter finish.
Not a bad beer and I’m grateful for the opportunity to try it. I’d definitely have it again.

Great hoppy flavor
Very fresh tasting
Tap is the best, but a can will always do.
