COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Regionally grown American pale malt is blended with rich European malts to produce a lighter bodied beer, bright in color, with a taught white head that keeps track of time as you sip. Then there are the hops – four pounds per barrel to be exact. Willamettes, Cascades, CTZ and Summits give this brew a citrus punch and spicy character that greets you in the nose and embraces your mouth with a clean, crisp bitterness.

On draught at the Indeed Brewing Company’s taproom in Minneaolis, MN. Pours a semi-clear golden amber colored brew with an average sized off-white head that slowly dissipates to a thin rings and some spotty lacing. aroma of distinct 3-C’s hops, mostly Cascade, some mild caramel malt, and a touch of spice. Flavor is medium bodied, favors of mostly citrus hops with some lit hard fruit, caramel malt and a touch of sage. Finish is semi-dry, with a short lived grapefruit aftertaste followed by a dry earthy malt flavor.

Fresh Can shared by Bill with a bunch of heads. Orange-gold pour with medium head/lace. Notes of dry dankness, Citrus fuel, insanely rez’y pine needle, herbal tang, and creamy pale malting. This is one of the best pales I have tried in a long time. Cheers.

Not just a great looking can, this pale ale is deserving of a good ol’ 2 thumbs up. If you normally pass over the pale section at your usual swill spot, here is a dare: try it..... Ya might just find a new brew to enjoy in almost any situation. You will find me handing 6-packs over daily (or pretty close) at Rum River Wine & Spirits in Ramsey. Stop on in an figure out what you may have been missing.

Dark Hazy Orange with a fluffy head. Nose consists of Yeasts, Citrus & Piney Hops, and Malts. Flavor has some sweet yeast and malty notes backed up by sweet oranges and hops. Body is light and as well as the carbonation. A good overall easy to drink Pale Ale

Slightly hazy, moderately rich yellow appearance. Excellent pine aroma. Regular to average flavor--a gentle finish for the style. Decent. Can.

12 ounce can. Pours a fairly hazy orange color with a medium white head. A nice bursting orange and tangerine nose. Very smooth and flavorful: rich citrus, lemons, bitter orange peel, some light biscuit, a bit of bitterness but more smooth fruit. This is a damn good Pale, what a turn, now we have a few world class lower gravity brews like this coming out. Zombie Dust still rules them all, but this is excellent. I could drink a few liters.
