3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pour on tap, clear golden yellow pour with white head, aroma brought notes of big honey, vanilla, biscuit and bread into some corn, grass, touch of orange peel into a bit of earth. Taste was a mix of earth, yeast, honey into some vanilla, white fruit, touch of grainy notes, some orange as well, finishing sweet.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Sweet malt nose, with citrus and light fumes. Deep bright medium straw color. Sugar and honey, condensed peaches, more honey sweetness in mid and final. Medium body. Pleasant. Gets a little cloying in mid palate, but then settles out and back to some balance.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
(can) First I have to say kudos to Indeed for ditching the 750 ml format for this beer and switching to a 4 pack of cans. The beer is now cheaper (was $11 to $12 for a 750, now $10.50 for a 4 pack) and you get more per oz for your dollar. I’ve had this once before and was impressed, and am now having it again due to the format change. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. Aroma holds some floral honey, faint bugspray, musty lager yeast, and tangelo zest. Further warming reveals green banana and cardamom. Flavor holds some pale malt sweetness that combines with the hops to zip over to juicy tangelo territory before being flung out into the graham cracker sector. Finish yields a light herbal bitterness with floral honey in the far finish. Mouthfeel is medium and carbonation is a little lively, which makes this feel less like a big beer than it actually is. Alcohol is imperceptible in the flavor, which I feel is quite an accomplishment, but there is a trace of heat in the nose. I liked this before and I still like it now; even more so now that the container has changed, which I imagine will prompt another purchase in the future.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Growler from the taproom. Pours a very fine deep gold with white head. Nose is mead-like with floral background, cidery at points with some non-noble US lager hops - Sterling? - very mildly metallic but not unpleasant. Flavor is medium sweet with pleasing floral overtones, some apple notes, which are distracting - what dominates is a mouth coating of residul sugar that lingers for a long time, well into the finish until at the very end an herbal and bitter hop note kicks in. The honey I like very much, as far as it is discernable, but there remains other less interesting flavors which detract from the overall profile of the beer and which come across like a cheap euro strong lager - this makes me feel like this could use longer and more controlled lagering.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at Stub & Herbs. Pours a clear yellow with a touch of gold and a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has note of bread and cookie with a decent amount of earthy honey. Flavor is similar with sweet grains and and earthy honey underlying.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
JFC this beer is fascinating. I don't know whether to shotgun it or to sip on it for hours. Has great aromas of honey, mint, and citrus. The ABV is non-apparent at 8%, but it's a golden lager!?! Its immensely satisfying, yet easy to drink (especially with spicy food/tacos which is how I'm enjoying it).
Way to go, Indeed. Busting out a beer like this just proves your attention to detail and over all quality. Drink it!

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle pours a hazy straw yellow with nice head and lacing. Aromas of honey, bread, dough, and floral. Flavor has very mild bitter hints, mostly sweet. Not bad.
