Draft sample. Pale amber in colour with moderate carbonation. Great fresh hop cone aromas of white grapefruit, savory herbs, and earthy white pepper dominate. In the mouth, the grapefruit elements are more of a blend of the red and white varieties, and are backed by notes of nettles, and a bit of caramel malt for balance. Medium bodied with firm bitterness. Very good stuff!

Has a bit of citrus and pine scents. Similar taste, but the bitter is a huge kick like their first two beers. Has a decent bitter finish.

[On-tap at Indeed] Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma had, as Guerde noted, orange marmalade. Big lemon and tangerine, with honey notes later. Taste is dominated by tangerine, with moderate bitterness and solid malt. Good mouthfeel, smooth, and good finish length. Solid beer.

Bottle @ Brad’s house. Thanks! Pours a golden orange appearance with an off white head. Kind of grassy, a bit herbal, light toasty malty aroma. Somewhat herbal, grassy, straw, a bit grainy, light lemon flavor. A bit old but doesn’t seem to have too much character, though not hard to drink.

UPDATED: OCT 12, 2012 On tap at republic...pours crysatal clear golden straw hue and topped with a fluffy white head... Fair somewhat reserved citrusy grass hop profile... Flavors are the same with a light bitterness on the backend. Not much malt to be noticed. Lighter bodied with semi-lively carbonation. Not too hop forward. A bit of herbal tea character. Bitterness a bit more prominent as it wears on.

750ml bottle from Atom, thanks Adam! Bottled on Sept 18, 2012. Pours a clear, straw-gold colored body with a finger-width, dense and frothy, white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is floral and herbal hops with some lemon citrus rinds and a grainy, somewhat bready pale malt backing. Flavor is similar. A good amount of herbal and floral hops up front with a light citrus. Grainy pale maltiness with a light bread before this finishes crisp and dry with a moderate, somewhat spicy bitterness. Lengthy aftertaste following a medium-light body and a soft, moderate carbonation. Overall, a pretty solid pale ale. A crisp and fresh hopping with a nice grainy pale malt backing. Good beer.

Tap at Happy Gnome, 3Oct2012, Delicious, this is a lighter less dank but brighter IPA, I think it exceeds APA hopping, though its comparable to a Zombie Dust like hop levels. Well carbonated and balanced. Good stuff.

Tap at Northbound. Another winner from Indeed. Bright clear light gold pour with a nice white head. Herbal and juicy fruit aroma and taste. Lightly hopped. Tremendous balance of character and drinkability. This brewery is no joke - everything I’ve had from them has been top notch and extremely well crafted.

Tap. Golden straw color with a small, frothy, white head. Very floral aroma that reminds me of potpourri. Lots of lemon is present too. Taste is lemon, pine, some grass, and saltine crackers without the salt. Damn. I really like this, and find it to be a very different take on a fresh hopped beer. Dry, and fairly bitter
