COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We present the official Let it Ride IPA description: Riding a bicycle is all about freedom and discovery. You never know what you’ll experience or where your two wheels might take you. We like to think the same could be said about our Let it Ride IPA. Brewed with Calypso, Mosaic and El Dorado hops, American Crystal Malt and German Dark Munich Malt, this is an IPA with adventurous tendencies. Enjoy the aromas of pear, tropical fruit, and blueberry and ponder where your next ride might take you. (6.8% ALC. by VOL., 90 IBU)

Can at home picked up in Minneapolis. Pour is amber with a big egg-shell colored head. Citrusy, herbal hoppy, some grass, caramelly, bready, and goopy aroma. Taste is grassy, orange peel, bready, some caramel, lights grapefruit, and piney with a medium bitter finish. Medium body with carbonation. Pretty good - but would be a lot better with a lighter malt profile.

Tasted on 5/3/15 from a 12oz can received as an extra in a trade. Pours clear, but considerably darker amber than a typical IPA, with a thick, off-white head that slowly recedes to thick, rocky lace. The nose is very dry, somewhat fruity, piney hops aroma, with just a nice hit of very dry, almost spicy malt. The flavor is super dry, plenty of fresh pine, lemon peel, and fruity hops, with some spice from the dry malt. The body is medium with lively carbonation and a long very dry and somewhat spicy, bitter hops finish.

Deep copper color. Nose of citrus pine, tropical fruit, light spice. Fairly malty and full bodied, but hops balance it out. Crushable.

On tap at the brewery. Copper pour. Big white head, lots of lovely lacing to it. Rich, creamy hop flavor. Semi-dry finish with good dose of hop at the end. I am so glad to see this new brewery in my old neighborhood. No doubt I would have spent a lot of time here had it opened back in the day.

Dark Amber color with foamy head. Fresh hop aroma. Taste- a very malty IPA. Caramel, citrus, pine, grass. Good but not great IMO. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Type: 12-oz. can Glass: Karl Strauss pint glass From: My cousin Sam Price: N/A Purchased: N/A Consumed: March 21, 2015 Misc.: Canned on March 6, 2015 at 11:59 a.m. Thanks Sam! Poured a caramel, honey, hazy color with four fingers of frothy, khaki-white head. Nice serene setting underneath the head. A decent amount of uneven, foamy lacing on the sides of the glass. Great, thick retention on the top. A nice-looking beer. (Sight - 4.25) Smelled wet Cascade, blueberry, elderberry, honey, light menthol, pine, strawberry, tropical, mango and pineapple. (Smell - 3.88) Tasted different than the nose. Got earthy rye, sweetened iced tea, sharp tropical, bitter mango, menthol, herbal, honey, elderberry and faint pineapple. Definitely can taste the 6.8 pct. ABV. Reminded me a tad of Modern Times Blazing World. (Taste - 3.88) Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, bitter finish. Grew on me a tad. (Feel - 4.13) This was a pretty good IPA overall. Grew on me as it went down. Lots of different flavors work well together. (Overall - 3.88) 3.92 88 B+

Really good. Nice full body and a nice crispness. Pretty hoppy, but not over powering. Overall, pretty good.
