What’s more refreshign than our Shenanigans Summer Ale? Shenanigans Summer Ale steeped with lime, mint and pineapple juice. This unique ’mojito’ infusion is a real thirst quencher.

Tap at the brewery. Hazy golden pour with minimal head. Lot’s of mint and lime in the aroma. Taste follows with nice finish. Not an overly complex beer but nice refreshing brew.

My 1000th rating! Fortunately, I’m not into round numbers. 2 oz. or smaller pour, on tap at St. Paul Summer Beer Fest. Consumed on 6-7-14. Listed as "Indeed Shenanigans Mojito Infusion." Pours a cloudy, pale, yellowish color. Mint, pineapple, and lime scents, as advertized. Smells like a malternative beverage. The flavor? Well, yuck! Pineapple, mint, and lime flavor elements. Herbal, vegetal, disgusting taste. Light body. Limes, mint, and beer do not mix! I got the chance literally to use a dump bucket. This is gross, and it’s easily one of the worst few beers I’ve ever had. The appearance and palate were fine, and I didn’t want to give it a 1 for flavor because I still think a worse flavor is theoretically possible, so my aggregate rating understates just how awful this beer was. Perhaps it is fitting that my thousandth rating is an obscure, tap-only, festival release from a Minnesota brewery, but I sure did pick a bad one. For the record, I passed 1000 ratings during the St. Paul Summer Beer Fest and was not even thinking about which one would represent my thousandth. Well, at least it ended up being a memorable one.

At the brewery. This is far better than the standard Shenanigans. Opaque yellow and a thicker palate than the base beer. Lots of mint and the lime is there as well. Sweet, and a good summer beer.

On tap at brewery. Poured a hazy orange with a thin tight soapy head that fades to a wispy film. Aroma had strong mint almost came off like spice and faint lime and malt. Taste was more strong mint some lime and biscuit, the mint is overpowering. Palate was thin and dry.

Tap at Indeed. Hazy orange pour, minty aroma. Flavor tastes like hints of wheat beer, but just after you’ve spit out some mint gum. Not terrible, but not going to be ordering it again.

Had at the 2013 St. Paul Summer Beer Fest, Cloudy straw pour, lime and mint aroma, taste is like a mojito, not bad
