3.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 7/20
Aroma is sweet, roasty, malty, and a hint of fruitiness. Pours a dark clear amber with none lasting white head and on lacing. The taste has a burnt nuttiness quality combined with maltiness. Medium body with medium carbonation. Overall, surprisingly, I liked this beer. It could have something to do with the beer prior to this one. Will sample again.

355ml bottle. "This is the beer of Austin" < hah pretty funny. This is a basic and mundane amber slightly watery.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Oklahoma Suks is a brew produced by Independence Brewing Co out of Austin, Texas that is kind of a playful insult from the Texas Longhorns to their college football rivals, Oklahoma Sooners!

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clean brown body and tiny head. Biscuit malts, lightly herbal hopped, very clean yeast, lager like. Light toffee taste but mostly a light malty bitterness that’s not very lasting. Bit disappointing. (On tap at The Liberty Tavern Austin)
