3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Clear pale golden with a thick persistent foamy white head. Nose is very spicy and estery with like a barnyard-type lemonish tone. The flavor also has that barn estery lemon citrus tone, with some pale grain/pilsner malt backbone. A bit light and semi-dry.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Untapped Dallas. Yellow-orange pour with a white head. The aroma is about what I expected with some yeast and biscuit notes as well as a light bit of alcohol and orange citrus. The flavor is fairly similar. I get some nice citrus notes as well as a good dose of alcohol and biscuit malt. Quite hoppy for a tripel. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is rather floral with honey and yeast. Pours a cloudy golden amber with a rapidly diminishing white head and no lacing. The taste is much like the nose with just a touch alcohol in the finish. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Overall, a very nice tripel.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
For me, this one works better on paper. A great Tripel is amazingly complex but the added hop notes in this one overwhelm or replace that complexity. "Bland" isnít the right word but this just didnít do much for me.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cloudy yellow-orange with a frothy white head and a bit of lacing. Somewhat mild aroma of citrus, wheat, Belgian yeast and grass. The taste is sweet and spiced and a little muddy. I donít get tripel here really at all. Itís more like a pale ale with Belgian yeast. Medium bodied and dry. Overall decent, but could be cleaner.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
8 oz. serving at DH- served a 90% transparent very faded straw yellow color, just a wafer of white for a head. Aroma of yeast, various spices, wheat, and grass- but it took ALOT of smelling to find all that- very weak overall. Hits the mouth with a medium-low body, malt is hard to be found amongst the extremely faint spices, transends into earth, wheat, and coriander on the finish- which is very drying. Itís not bad, but could use a little help.
