4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Tropical and citrus hop aroma. Tastes a bit sweet, but if this is 8% then thatís totally understandable. This beer has come a long way.

This is one excellent IPA and itís from Texas. The mix of hops give it a crazy mix of flavors and aromas and since itís local, the hops flavor is fresh which gives it extra goodness.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sample at Flying Saucer in Austin. This brew pours a clear dark golden color with a medium thin off-white head that diminishes steadily. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with a grassy hops character and flavors of earthy malt and citrus. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Balanced ipa. A little sweet and could be a little more bitter for me. From Austin Tx and drank in college station tx for the first time.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Cloudy amber with a soapy off-white head. Aroma of pastries (yes, like a Danish), raisins, citrus, caramel, and resin. Taste is heavily fruity and malty sweet with a somewhat subdued bitterness. Medium bodied and a bit dry. Decent beer, but not a very good IPA.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours hazy golden orange with a white head and a ton of lacing. Aroma is a sweet citrus and floral. Taste is pine and citrus with some sweetness to balance out a really nice bitterness. Very good.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I keep trying find something like Pliney the Elder, which isn't available in Texas. This comes close. It's a bit too bitter and lacks that big grapefruit nose I remember.
