COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stash IPA is defined by the hops. 7 additions of 4 different varietals, Columbus, Galaxy, Nugget and Cascade create a hop explosion that finishes clean. A dank, resinous and enlightening hop trip. It’s got mad hops.
Head Brewer Michael Waters: "The Stash is a reincarnated beast. It makes sense to go to the source, and IPA for me is defined by the West Coast. Three pounds of hops per barrel, 100 IBU, and a large dose of Columbus hops so the aroma matches the name."

Very skunky beer. I very excited to open up this baby, but heart broken with I poured and found it was bad. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Crisp, very slightly hazy blonde golden coloured body with a thin, half centimetre tall pure white head. Aroma of bright hops, citrus, light malt, alcohol and a bit of grass and herbs. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy, herbal and perfumey hop character up front with a strong malt backbone and an assertive spicey yeast note, for the style, especially. Aftertaste shows mostly herbal and grassy hops with a pungent malt backbone and some stronger alcohol flavours as well. Overall, a nice and pungent IPA with not too much hop bitterness, but more of a grassy and kick from the citrus than anything else. Decent to try, but not great and not in the same boat as the best IPAs from the West Coast. This is pretty much what I was expecting (a middle of the road IPA), until I saw these scores, but this beer doesn’t warrant this type of rating. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Whip-In in Austin, Texas on 05-May-2014 for US$1,79 sampled at home in Washington on 11-August-2014.

Pours a hazy amber color with white head. On the nose there is citrus, pine, and flowery hops; follows onto the palate. Finish lingers a while.

tap. Amber with small head. Averageish IPA with mild malt body and medium hops. Hops seem slightly on the dull side, but reasonable flavor nonetheless.

12oz bottle 12/9/10 (Whole Foods-Lamar)-Pours a hazy orange with a big white head and floaties. Aroma of hops and citrus. Taste of the same with more hops and malt. This medium to full bodied brew is a nice tasting IPA.

Pours golden, big white head. The nose is big citrus hops, maybe a little sweet malt. Taste is dank, resin, hoppy goodness. Finishes dry, with nice lacing. Fantastic IPA.

On tap at Blackfinn. Slightly hazy orange with small white head that leaves good lace. Nose is grapefruit and pine with a hint of toffee. Mild sweet malty start with a great level of bitterness through to the long dry finish. Medium slick mouth with good carbonation. Decent IPA.

Golden body, rich bubbly carbonation, yet stable stable head. Very fresh hop aroma, citrus fruit, very green, enough malt backup. Hard yet tasty hop forward brew. Solid bitterness. Nice one. (Bottle at Moonshine Austin)

Fairly cloudy pour with small but long lasting head. Fantastic fruity aroma. Complex hop flavor that then quickly dissipates leaving little to no aftertaste.
