3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jikvig (267) - NORWAY - NOV 20, 2010
Black in the glass, but you can see when you pour that it´s not a very thick black.
Aroma; Coffeechocolate in one, and almost After Eight feeling to it. Tobacco, not fresh, but the smell you find from people that have been smoking pipetobacco.
Flavour; Not the biggest body, with 4,5%. Still, the coffechocolate feeling is still there, some green notes on top.
Summary; Really nice nose, the taste is not bad eighter but alittle weak.
1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20 Ungstrup (24025) - Oamaru, NEW ZEALAND - AUG 11, 2010
Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin fast disappearing brown head. The aroma has notes of plastic and burnt Samsø malt - not good. The flavor is acidic with notes of malt, caramel, burnt plastic, and cooked vegetables - flawed.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 abstractbeer (181) - NORWAY - APR 1, 2010
Bottle bought at a local "hypermarket" - batch 949, best before march 2011.
Pours a very dark brew, with a reddish tint. Builds a solid half inch of beige/light brown head. It’s got a "fresh" smell, quite "dark", sweet and chocolate-y. The taste is full of licorice, but yet kinda fruity with hints of berries and a tiny bit of chili in the outer regions! The bitter-sweet-balance tilts towards bitter, yet there is a nice bit of sweetness to this one.

07.03.2010, 0,5l Bottle. Thanks to Sven R. L! Dark brown, almost black colour with off.white head. Aroma is dominated by dark roasted malt with a dry bitterness. Nice flavours for a beer only having 4,5 percent alcohol. Body is a little thin, but the bitterhops gives this porter a porter taste. Nice one.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 berlinoise2go (383) - NORWAY - JAN 16, 2010
Bottle, 50cl, from Fenaknoken, Oslo. BB Aug 2010, batch 921. Huge beige head, leaving a persistent lacework. Clear dark/black reddish brown colour. Fruity, malty, slightly sour aroma. Stout-like dryness, quite watery, but ok considering the ABV. Dry, lasting finish. Nice.

500 ml bottle - thanks for the ankle roll clint!! dark brown pour with foamy tan head; aromas of sweet roasted malts with some chocolate; texture is thin and comes off as a very light porter; quite a bit of sweetness in the front with the roast taking a back sweet; yummy
