The first that hits me is the smell.. a nice tone of citrus and bitterness comes too me. The foam is last lasting and pretty white. The color is a little dark for a IPA. The taste starts of as very strong. a strong beautiful sweetsness empowers me. the ending is very mild, and it stops a bot too abrupt, alltough the sweetness is there until the end.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Hoppyminded one with some nice oranges, peaches and some acid. Easily drinkable finishing off with a bit medicine. Without that this quaffy one would have been incredible.

Bottle from trade with Cunningham - thank you, Henrik! The beer pours out in a deep hazy amber colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of hops and barley. Taste of hops, citrus, grapefruit, grass, herbs and mild spices. Dry-bitter finish with some malty-caramel hints. DRinkable and refreshing.

Thanx2Rune for this one. Pours a huge pearl-apricot-white head. Hazy amber body. Puffy lacing ring. Head goes slowly. Scents of sweet malts, herbal hops, sole of a shoe, vanilla tart cream. Slightly smoked style taste of caramel malts, hops, resin, notes of citrus. Ok body, a bit eager carbonation. Ends somewhat dry, citric peels, smoked wooden malts, green hops, half way lingering. Availability; sometimes in special beer stores in Norway. Brown 50cl bottle abv4.5% BBfJuly2014 gift from Rune thanks man!

Palme (3240) - Bergen, NORWAY - APR 8, 2014
0.5l bottle. Looks good with a warm amber orange colored body, a good amount of floaters and big chunky sediments. It also has a medium sized bubbly off-white head on top. Mild but quite a hoppy and fresh nose. On the caramel sweet side with a red malty sweetness and it even has a little bit of cocoa butter and green coffee beans in the back. Quite hoppy this! It can somehow remind me a little bit of the bitterness love found in the original nanny state. Dry minerals and wet grass. It feels light oily in the mouth and it has a average carbonation level. Some faint smoky hints and it’s really leaving my mouth dry this. Odd, but not bad. Something I could have with food. 23.12.2013

Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, grass and hay.
Appearance: A clear amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and some curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet, bread, orange marmalade and peel.
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a long dry finish.
Overall: Very sessionable, good hop balance. Much beer for the ABV.
Note: Bottle 500 ml. Reviewed 2013-09-18.

Bottle sample @ Bryggerifestivalen i Trøndelag. Hazy brown-hued orange, small white head. Nose is grains, grass and dry leaves, hints of nuts. Taste is grainy heather tones, grass, dry leaves and hints of pale malts and English ale yeast. Light body, fizzy carbonation. Fair enough, but no more.
