Bottle. Unclear amber colour with beige head. Aroma of hops and flowers. Mild flower with fruit and only a little hops bitterness. Som butter and discrete citrus. Very soft.

Dry old firewood aroma, dry leaves and a little cinnamon. Sunset orange brown. Tastes old, dusty, chalky. More like an earthy malt driven ESB. Still liked this beer, but not as an IPA.

Bottle at Lompa. Amber body with a small white head. Light hop aroma, grapefruit, grass, hay, and caramel. Taste of toffee, bread and grass, not exactly what as expected. Floral aftertaste when the bitter end cuts off though, makes a good end.

UPDATED: JUL 4, 2011 Medium amber, hazy body with a huge, off-white, fully lasting head. Excellent lacing. The aroma is quite faint for an IPA, it’s light hoppy with citric notes, some fruits and a bit more yeast that I care for. Also a faint metallic whiff. The taste is stingy bitter with some acidity, no sweetness. It’s hard to detect any flavours at all, but I get some biting resinous notes along with faint citrus. Medium to light body, dry texture, lively carbonation. Ok beer, but there is something about that violent bitterness that I don’t like that much, and the aroma and flavours are far too faint.

Hazy amber with a lasting off-white head. Caramel, fruit and some spice in the aroma. Dry, fruity flavour with herbal notes and a nice and bitter finish

Färgen och doften är på plats, men tyvärr är ölen något trött och har en ganska söt eftersmak som jag inte tycker passar in. Trevlig försök – bättre lycka nästa gång

Pours cloudy copper with a beige head. Aroma is caramel, light citrus hop and fruity notes. Flavour is caramel, grass, pine, citrus and light fruity notes.

Bottle at Cardinal 15.9.2010. Pours hazy golden orange with a tanned head about 2 fingers thick. Yeast and light chocolate in the aroma along with malts. Acidic, bitter, sweet and fruity flavors with pine present. Dry, Medium carbonation. Light to medium body.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours unclear orange with a creamy white head. Orange fruit, yeast, hops and a bit of dust (yeast). Medium to thin palate.

@papsø weekend tasting cloudy dark yellow, small white head. faint aroma of booze and bitter hops. flavor is malty, hops, balance. ordinary beer with a liitle more of everything.

Bottle 500ml.

Unclear hazy medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, corn, light yeasty, leather, fruity, overripe fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100911]
