Bottle, at Olympen. It pours an unclear, almost golden body under a dense, finger-thick off-white head. Pleasant piney and resiny hoppyness in the aroma. Some malts and a hint of yeast as well. The flavor is piney and resiny, with some bitterness and a nice maltyness. Medium to full body, nicely carbonated. A decent beer indeed, but quite far from my idea of the perfect IPA. 111015

500ml bottle shared with Eirik at Olympen. Low white head resting on top of a cloudy dark orange coloured body. Grass hoppy nose with mid-sweet malts beneath. Oranges, grapefruits and earthy sweet malts to the taste buds. Hop bitterness to the end. Medium bodied and food friendly. Pleasant (Oslo, 09.04.2012).

500 ml bottle @ Olympen. Slightly hazy orange body with a fine off-white head. Aroma is citric fruity with hint of pine and malt. Flavor is citric fruity, pine, malt and hint of yeast. A bit rough edged. Medium body and bitter aftertaste, a bit short aftertaste. Quite straight-forward American IPA, but definitive decent.

Sigmund (3724) - Hafrsfjord, NORWAY - SEP 22, 2011
500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.9%. Deep golden to brown colour, slightly hazy. Large head, slightly off-white. Moderate aroma of American hops. The flavour is distinctly hoppy from start to finish, with a fairly sharp bitterness. Maybe not very complex, but a decent enough "American" IPA.

Shared bottle at Cardinal, Stavanger. Pours clear golden with a small white head. Moderate hoppy aroma with caramel malts presence as well. Taste is more offensive, light sweet with a solid bitter hoppy bite, floral and citrussy. This is the sharpest beer from Inderøy, so far.

larsga (4684) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 31, 2011
Medium beige head. Hazy opaque amber body with strong carbonation. Resiny tropical fruit aroma with strawberry notes. Dry-sweet resiny tropical fruit taste with ashy papery notes. Mid-bodied. Sharpish mouthfeel. Dry citric strawy papery perfumy aftertaste with fruity mealy ashy notes. Not bad, but has the usual ashy off taste. (0.5l bottle at Olympen, Oslo.)
