Made with an American yeast strain that allows malt, hop and hibiscus flavours to dominate the beer profile and slightly citrus like with a cool fermentation temperature. Balanced with 24 bitterness units, grainy wheat characters and a perfumed hibiscus nose. Soft colours, vigorous carbonation and fermented to dryness this beer is very champagne like, with distinct flavours and a round bubblegum middle palate.
