COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Extra Special Bitter possesses medium hop aroma flavour and bitterness. The residual malt sweetness of this richly flavoured, full bodied bitter is more pronounced than in other bitters. Finished with nitrogen, the overall impression should be creamy and full bodied with sweet caramel. This beer is best enjoyed slightly warm.

Tried on tap at the Monk as part of WA Beer Week. Light coppery golden body with tight beaded head. Little bit more malt than I was expecting, smooth tatse, medium to full body, not a lot of bitterness but balanced. Some hints of wheat notes in the taste also chalky notes and vanilla.
