COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Low carb
Beer for the Environment
Light amber in color, light in body and high in carbonation. Indi Green is characterized by extremely high degree of attenuation and dryness with slightly higher level of alcohol resulting. Hop aroma and bitterness is certainly evident due to a unique, high alpha acid hop variety with the ability to impart a distinctive cool climate white wine fruitiness.

On Tap at the Brewhaus The best "Low carb" beer I have tasted, nice Kiwi hop aromas, and good hop presence in the body, I would not have known it was a Low Carber.

Didn’t know this was low carb, and I’ve had it on a number of occasions. Lager colouring, slight elderflower bouquet, pilsner type bitterness, refreshing with good alcohol. Indi Bruhaus is a good spot for a late afternoon noggin, relax and watch the sun set over the marina.

A pint straight up as it is getting hot outside.
Medium gold, translucent and shimmers when held up to the light. Soppy white head forms and holds, shows good legs, the carbonation intermittent. Dusty malt and hop nose, good grainy notes, husky, a little peppery spice and some lemony acidity. Good balance of peppery, spicy hops, mildly bitter, and dusty malt in the mouth. Sweet and sour citrus plays on the side of the tongue, the finish crisp, impressively clean and very short. Very light in body and adequately carbonated to give it a racy mouthfeel. Enough here to interest me, and being a low-carb lager it is one of the best I’ve found. Good Summer spritzer, perfect for Sunday sessions at Indi Brauhaus! (On draught at the brewery, Mindarie)

Golden bronze body with short head and minimal lacing. Initial impression was of apples and cardboard, a touch more bitterness than last nights low carb offering.
