2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 hopscotch (7542) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - MAR 20, 2012
Draft… Clear golden ale with a small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The aroma is grainy, peppery, and a touch skunky/musky. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. The flavor is sweet and grainy – reminiscent of CornNuts. Finishes sweet, grainy and corny. Not at all pleasant.

October 2008 Beer of the Month Club
Overall Impression:
I can’t find a lot of notes to go with this rating, but I do see that I thought it was a nice, not great, but solid Amber ale.
**Just submitted a photo for this one, as it was missing one.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Oakes (10196) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - FEB 24, 2009
Hazy amber. Nice head. Faint caramel nose with light English hop. Clean but bland malt-accented brew. OK, drinkable, little caramel, slightly herbal. The usual boring amber.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Sammy (6129) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - FEB 21, 2009
Bottle sampled at the brewery. Medium yellow, carbonation bubbles, and some head. Basic beer, malt job and a beer smell. Light mouthfeel, overcarbonated. Redkneck beer again. I don’t really want this on a hot day unless the water supply is infected.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Holdwine (1016) - Beertimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 28, 2009
Pretty average amber. Enough flavor to keep it above 2, but not enough to go with a light malt character to get it to 3.
3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 joekinty (263) - rockledge, Florida, USA - OCT 27, 2008

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 daknole (5865) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 14, 2008
I think this was the beer I had on tap at The Yardhouse in Palm Beach. Amber pour, small tannish head. Aroma is sweet malt, some crackers and some grains. Flavor is typical and not worth writing home about. Oh well.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 FROTHINGSLOSH (3388) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 10, 2008
This beer came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy orange-amber color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was somewhat faint and sweet fruity and floral hops. The flavor was tangy, sour and lightly sweet with fruity hops and a bit of nut and caramel underneath. Pleasant.
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 crazyvin (1574) - New York, USA - JUN 5, 2008
poured a nice crisp looking amber hue with a thin white head that had no retention. A look of mild carbonation. Aroma seemed to have a sweet malt note, and the flavor was similar not a whole lot going on. Hops need not apply i guess.
3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 JustinFromAL (121) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - JUN 3, 2008
BoTM. Bottle. Copper with off white head. Malty and light aroma, fruity taste with no hop bite. A nice "bridging" beer for those new to hoppy beers. Would drink again.
