COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American pale ale, made with a generous portion of Casacde hops from the Pacific Northwest and two-row malted barley to achieve an exquisitely balanced taste. This medium bodied pale ale possesses a deep red color and a light, thick and creamy head.

Pour is a bright orange with a small white head. Aroma is of slight hops but nothing outstanding. Flavor is again slight hops but very watery and bland otherwise. This is nothing great and nothing to be recommened.

Served from a 12 oz bottle from Flying Noodle beer of the month club. The appearance is a pale golden hue with a decent white head. The flavors and aromas are pale malts and some musty hops. Nothing that good here.

October 2008 Beer of the Month Club

Overall Impression: I can’t find a lot of notes to go with this rating, but I’ve got it down as a pretty mediocre pale ale.

**Just submitted a photo for this one, as it was missing one.

Not bad up front but gives way to a thin, oddly sour tail end. Just ok for an APA.

This one came in my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright orange-amber color with a large orange-white head. The aroma was faint fruity and piney hops. The flavor was sour, nutty and earthy with faint tart and fruity hops and a sour nutty finish. Indistinct.

BoTM, Pours copper with a frothy off-white head. Nose was bright and malty. Not as hoppy as I expected, very mellow. Some fruit flavor that i can’t identify. Not a bad beer, a good intro for those not crazy about pale ale’s.

Bottle courtesy of a gift from Colorado; copper in color with not much head. Aroma was light and malty; flavor was much of the same. Sweet and bready. Not much hopping; tasted a bit like apple juice. From my experience with this brewery, they need to be a bit more generous with their hopping.

From a bottle. Pours a clear copper with a white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is malty, with a light hop presense. Flavor is mellow, slightly sweet up front with a light hop bitterness at the end. An ok beer.

Orange-amber body with a half-inch thick white head which damn good retention. Aroma had a strong honey presence and a mild hop present. Flavor was very similar. I would have liked a little more hop bitterness to this beer but there was enough to balance out the honey notes. Good session beer. Full bodied though.

This would beer my favorite summer beer if I could get it locally. It has a nice mild aroma of hops with some malt too. Flavor is mildly bitter with a nice hop presence. Very easy to drink on a hot summer afternoon.

bottle. pours an attractive deep orange. aroma was a little light one would think a "generous amount of cascade hops" might show up here. Slightly sweet very mild hop aroma. Nice medium creamy mouthfeel. Light hop presence & decent malt balance. Follows up with a strange metallic aftertaste. decent. much better than the other two Florida beer company offerings
