Bottle poured a clear gold with a small lingering white head. Aromas of breead, fruittiness and light straw. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of bread, straw and a hint of fruittiness with a smooth lightly bitter finish.
2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 swillguzzler99 (76) - Peoria, Arizona, USA - MAR 6, 2012
12 ounce bottle. Looks like a German hefe with less opacity. A sliver of lingering head. Nose is minimal. Maybe corn. Taste is devoid of anything. Your mouth gets wet, then there’s a stale taste. Not good. They must have used some rattlesnake poison from the picture on the bottle.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 degbert (675) - Austin, Texas, USA - AUG 7, 2011
Bottle. Pours a pale yellow with a quick-dissipating, white head. Lots of carbonation -- it looks like a ginger ale. Nose is oddly sweet and corny, with fruit overtones. The same sweetness is carried over into the taste -- it’s like cheap candy or stale caramel. Finish is muddy and flabby. Not good, not good.
2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 cbkschubert (2752) - Cochise Co., Arizona, USA - JUL 27, 2011
12 oz. bottle from Total Wine (Tucson) - Pours a clear golden color with a thin white head that didn’t last long. Very light spotty lacing. Aroma is sweetened grain and very light herbal hops. Flavor is the same. Light to medium body. This beer ain’t too shabby. Quite drinkable this hot and muggy AZ afternoon.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 marcus (4065) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 11, 2011
Pours cloudy blonde with a thick off-white head and a skunky lager aroma. There is a thin pale slightly sweet malt flavor with a hint of hop bitterness.
2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 bhensonb (7592) - Woodland, California, USA - MAY 1, 2011
Bottle from the Natomas BevMo. Pours tarnished brass with a creamy white head. Aroma is slightly bready with noticeable spicey/grassy hop. Ok. It’s grassy in a herby way. It’s a bit corny. Seems to have the right pieces, but at least one wrong piece. And I’m not really thinking I enjoy it. Tho thinking I should. Weird.
1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20 womencantsail (3934) - Home of Rebecca Black, California, USA - FEB 20, 2011
A: This particular creation pours light golden-straw in color with a short lived white head.
S: Smells almost exclusively like corn. There’s something definitely "stale" about it. Some miscellaneous orange peel and perhaps floral notes.
T: Tastes like stale Doritos and puke. Corn and lots of sugary sweetness. Some weird vegetable flavor and lots of metallic character.
M: The body is light with the carbonation on the light end of medium.
D: This one is even worse than the last two.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 jkwalking05 (2018) - Arlington, Texas, USA - MAY 5, 2010
Gold with a small white head. Aroma is of grain and indian corn. Taste is the same.
1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20 dutch23mp (222) - Mount Prospect, Illinois, USA - APR 23, 2010
Read some of the post and decided to have an open mind when rating this. Pours pale yellow with a very small head. Aroma is nothing to brag about nor the sour taste. After taste is nothing to wild as well. The one good thing it is beer it is drinkable. Would I buy it no, this was a gift from a gift package sent for my birthday from “beer on the wall”. They should be more selective. I’m usually the Will Rogers of beer and “never met one I didn’t like”, this is close.
