COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mojave Silver due out in the fall of 2003 is the latest brainstorm of the brewers at Indian Wells Brewing Co. Due to the high demand on the beer market for light beers, founders Rick Lovett & Greg Antonaros came up with their own version of a light beer. Mojave Silver is a light pilsner style lager that took the Indian Wells brewers over 2 years to complete their final version of what they think a light beer should taste like. Mojave Silver is 1/3 the calories of their popular Mojave Gold and comes in with a 3.2% alcohol content. If you enjoy light beer, but still want a brew that actually taste like a beer, than give Mojave Silver a try today!

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear deep gold with white fizzy head. Aroma, well, I get some grain and something else I can’t identify. Flavor of grain, cooked vegetable and faint hop presence. Light body, watery with high carbonation.....

Bottle from beeronthewall. Pours pale gold with quickly fading white fizzy head. Aroma of corny pale malt, mild hopcitrus. Tastes watery, with a bit if corny sweet pale malt and hopcitrus. Indeed, this one is macroey, but perhaps mildly better than a BMC offering.

Aroma is slight, but there are some notes of honey and grain. Pours a light gold/yellow. Flavor is sweet and grainy. Tastes like a Macro really. Finishes crisp. Is very light. I have had worse.

12 oz. Bottle from the brewpub! Nose is grainy with a tiny hop presence; lightly hazed pale gold with a medium white head; flavor is slightly sweetwith some breadiness and graininess, and only a teensy, weensy note of bitterness in the distant finish. Better than most light beers, would be OK as a lawnmower brew!
