Passable bitter. No favourable aroma to report. Yes, copper body. A decent bitterness, drinkable but..a pint is too much (TM).

For the cask version enjoyed at the Indie. Not much in the way of head. Looks red-brown, slightly cloudy. Tastes of soft malts, mild bitterness. Low carbonation, thanks to being a cask ale.

Amber colour with a frothy head and lace. Caramel malt, slight bitterness. Tasty brew.

Deep amber pour with a thick white head. The aroma is leafy and quite sweet with a lot of toasty/crystal malt character. Well-balanced with a lingering bitterness on the back. Pretty nice brew

Ok. Pours dark copper with good lacing and some head. Sea malty caramel. Not really any bitterness in taste. Average carbonation. Taste leaves a little sweet actually. Tap at brewpub.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark copper with an average size semi-lasting frothy white head. Some lacing. Mild aroma of sweet bready malt, grain, light hops and fruit. Flavour of caramel malt, slightly bready, along with light hops, some grain, fruit and an average bitter finish. Medium bodied. Quite flavorful and enjoyable for the style and abv, well done.
