[4839-20120923] Tap. Raspberry Campino grain aroma. Hazy, dark orange brown body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head. Fruity toasted raspberry bushes flavour. Medium body has a light bitterness. Interesting, nice bitter fruity notes. (7/4/7/3/13) 3.4

At the brewpub. Cloudy almost murky ochre colour, slightly sweet aroma, almost like a sour. Some dryness and the aftertaste.

2012-09-27. Lightly hazy dark orange body nice off-white/beige head and light lace. 3+ Aroma is quite fruity, sumac comes out as a raspberry like fruit character [I know now that they were berries added to the beer some maybe that was not the sumac after all!] , hints at raspberry seeds.7+ Flavour has a similar fruity character, raspberry like, modest bitterness lingers in the finish. Very smooth average to light bodied palate. 3+ On the mild side overall but enjoyable. On tap at Brewmarket, Brick Works, Toronto

Enjoyed at the Brewery market. An organic showcase: Medium yellow with lots of foam and bubbles. Sumac, birch, blackberries, some wheat and local honey.
