Not bad. Pours good with good head. From growler. Aroma has hint of spices and slight hops with rye. Taste is mild bitter with the rye dominating the palate. I donít know if I would have called this a real IPA but its okay.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Indie Alehouse. Pours a slightly hazy, golden copper with a hone finger, off-white head that thins to a thick film and coats the glass with lacing. Aroma is slightly floral with notes of yeast, sugar, pine, and a touch of funk. Taste is slightly sweet but balanced with a sugary, slightly peppery, aftertaste with a hint of funk on the finish.Medium body and carbonation. Syrupy texture in the mouth but with a solid carbonation to keep the flavour moving. Overall pretty good. Sweeter but not overdone. Good job.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy orange colour. Muted aroma, but I do get some malty biscuit note and a some pinecones. Hoppy tasty, some light malts but rather one dimensional and boring IPA.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at WVRST. Cloudy copper with a thin foamy head. Complex aroma of pine, smoke, and fruit. Also a complex taste of spice, pine, smoke/toast. Nice body. Rye, hops, and Belgian yeast all in one, and Iím not complaining!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap, pours a bit orangy, the aroma is spicy and hoppy, the flavour is a bit belgian yeasty and the is a bit of spice with a light bitterness, kind of faded quick for me, but drinkable.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap. Orange pour, fuzzy white head. Aroma is yeasty, pepper, some earthy, funky (Brett?) tones, hint of cinnamon. Medium body, a little sticky. Slightly sour and spicy. Medium finish. Not my favourite style but itís well made, balanced and a nice challenging brew.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
(on draught at the brewpub, 12-20-12) Poured clear amber with a small, bubbly white head. Aroma of bready malts, rye I suppose, with some spicy yeast and a bit of citrus and leafy hops. Flavour mostly yeasty spice, grainy malts, some citrusy fruit and moderately high bitterness on the finish. Mouthfeel is moderately full and oily with light carbonation and no hint of booze. Not as much yeasty fruit on the palate as Iíd like from a Belgian IPA, which can work well with the hops in my opinion. Still well-made, good balance, nothing really out of place.

At the brewpub. Clear amber colour, nice rye bread aroma, noticeable hops as well. Nicely balanced with sweet biscuity malts.

On tap at the brewpub. Very nice brew, one of the best - so far. Clear light amber colour, nice off-white head and lace to spare. Balanced Pale Ale with nice bitter

Wow, love the style and itís hard to find in town! On tap at Bar Volo, one of the best beers in the city. Amazing hops and fruity with the belgian yeast. Inventive, adventurous and very good.
Mush have in the city - will have to go visit the newly opened brewery.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewpub. Light golden colour with a white head, and lacey. Subtle spice aromas and yeast. Medium mouthfeel. Mostly a story of yeast taste, with rye in the back end. Some wheat, a decent rye oriented beer. OK drinkability.

On tap at The Rhino. Emphasis on the Belgian. I was getting a strong, Unibroue yeasty-like Belgian, with a hoppy finish. Hop aromas.Peach colour with a quarter of an inch retained beige head. Good drinkability, corriander, significant musty yeast and some booziness. A little wheat. A sipper, but its good drinkability and mouthfeel. Some fruitiness.
