Homebrewer’s Tap Takeover collaboration with Kelsey Orth. This chocolate-vanilla stout is creamy, smooth and all about the chocolate in aroma and flavour.

Draught at ’Indie Alehouse Homebrewers Tap Takeover’. Pours a very dark brown, almost black, with a spare lasting tan head. Mild aroma of roasted malt, vanilla and chocolate. Flavour of roasted malt and vanilla -- a bit sweet and a tad watery. Big vanilla finish. Average bodied. Pretty good.

A lighter and ligh mouthfeel stout, taste like its on nitro. Smooth drinking but salty and soya sauce. Not much chocolate and vanilla, or roast for that matter. Dark body and lacy, no head. OK once

2013-09-17. Black body with a modest tan head. 3++ The aroma is quite tangy and roasty. 6+ The flavour is similar, sweet middle finishes sort of tangy and lightly roasty. 6+ Smooth average bodied palate, modest carbonation. The chocolate and vanilla character in the description is not particularly distinct, but I am not sure if that is the beer, or my palate is not up to distinguishing it. On tap at Indie Alehouse Homebrewers Tap Takeover event, Toronto Beer Week
