Amber coloured body with a cola coloured tint and a light tan head. Aroma of apples, metal, malt, alcohol, grapes and a little bit of raisins. Light-bodied; Very shallow flavour of malt, cardboard, rice and cardboard. Aftertaste is just as short and leaves much left to be desired. Overall, one of the most bland beers i’ve had, especially when the smell and colour have been promising! I sampled this 355 mL bottle purchased from 7-11 in Ciudad de Mexico (Mexico City), Mexico on Cinco de Mayo, 2007.

Consumed in Mexico. Pours a light yellowish color with a small white head. Nose is light corn. Palate it thin and fizzy. Flavors of straw and hay, some very light, hop notes.

Bottle - 325ml. Pours a limpid amber body with a diminishing white foamy head. Its thin aroma carries some sweet hints. Taste is rather watery and finish very short and metallic. Boring.

Bottle from Oxxo in Mexico city. Also, this is not a pale lager at all. Pour is a deep amber-red. Nose is sweet caramel malts and grapes. Smells a lot like fresh bread. Taste is really watery and bland, but highly drinkable with a bready taste. Decent, but far from great.

can brought back from mexico by my mother in law. poured into a shaker has a slightly red caramel color and a thin light tan head that retained a ring in the glass. aroma has light malt, corn sweetness, and some old basement must. mouth feel is light and the carbonation is high. flavor actually has more malt than i would have thought. lightl;y toasted with a complementing sweetness and a good aftertaste. i could actually see myself drinking this if in mexico.
