Very dark with nice head
Nose is dark and delicious.
Banana, sweetnes and also some dark notes.

Lovely clear dark red brown with a large light brown head. Sweet caramel, malty, wheaty, dried fruit and a little yeast as well as the usual banana flavor. Full bodied with a soft and round mouthfeel. 150111

Bottle at home from my GBBF 2010 haul ... hazy murky brown ... sweet toffee malt .. little banana nose... this is soft sweet juict ... little banana .. little sweet toffee ... hints of banoffee pie.... really nice.. surprisingly nice

Draught at SBWF 2010 (Elixir Wine). It poured a hazy brown liquid. Interesting flavour with dried fruit and allot of other flavours. Quite complex, but still easy to drink.

Bottle, BB 20.10.2010. Dark brown with pretty strong head. Slightly smoky banana aroma. Sweet, burnt sugar taste with some balancing tartness. Palate is a bit sticky, but that’s fine in this type of beer.

Bottle 50 cl. Average white bubbly head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Hazy brown like color. Aroma of bread, caramel, dried fruit, alcohol, mild raisins like notes. Medium to almost full bodied with a soft carbonation and light alcoholic texture. Heavy sweet flavor. Lingering dried fruity and wheat like finish.

Bottle thanks to an american chap in the rake. Alround rating: Toffee malt is not overly sweet the wheaty esters are subjued, nice spicey note, alc well hidden and its balanced. Good show.

A clear dark brown colored beer, with a thick foamy dark beige head. The aroma is fruity with caramel. There is wheat. It’s sweet. The taste is dry with some bitter, a little smoke and some sweets. In the back there is wet cardboard. The aftertaste is bitter with a little sweet.

Bottle, 50cl. Pours a dark nutbrown beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is wheat, with notes of caramel and slight notes of acidity. The flavor is sweet, wheat with notes of fruit and caramel. The palate has slight alcohol warmth. Overall a good beer.
