COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Hvede I.P.A.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark yellow with frothy white lasting head. Aroma is yoghurt, dough, citrus, cloves and hints of bubble gum. Alcohol is present. Taste is medium bitter, light sweet and medium sour. Body is creamy with soft carbonation. Finish is bitter and sour with cloves and citrus. Very different from other IPAs - a very pleasant surprise :-)

TEJA (1210) - Stockholm, SWEDEN - NOV 9, 2012
A mix-pack from Systembolaget, Sweden. High but short off white head. Clear solid yellow color. A very nice complex arorma of both aromatic hops, bananas and some cloves. Big taste with both wheat malts, hops and small fruitiness, sparkling and solid body. Unorthodox wheat beer but very good and innoventive. A wheat beer for the autun.

Orange clear ale with medium sized, creamy off white head. Crisp aroma with piney notes. Malty sweet flavour, notes of wheat? and then floral hops with notes of grape fruit - and pineapples too? Even Raisins? Very well composed ale indeed.

Bottle (33cl) from Oslo Mekaniske Verksted. Small offwhite head. Hazy orange/amber colour. Aroma of hops, fruit, yeast. Successful combination of IPA and wheat beer, where the wheat provides a refeshing sweetness that nicely balances the hop bitterness.

Aroma: Bananas, spices and grape-fruit.
Appearance: A clouded light amber, a white head, little lacing but good curtains.
Taste: Sweet cardamom buns, some bitter orange notes.
Palate: Medium low carbonation, soft texture going over to a coarse dryness. A good body.
Overall: A nice bite in this one, both spicy and hoppy.
Note: Bottle 330 ml. Reviewed 2012-09-21.

Cloudy golden with a lasting, fluffy white head. Complex spicy yeast aroma with herbal and fruity hops. Dry, herbal hop flavour with a hint of citrus. Wheat and bready malt, and a slightly fruity touch. Bitter finish and hoppy aftertaste. Reminded me a bit of a good saison
