2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
[Draught at Eventyrløbet, 2007.]
After a 5 km run I almost ran directly to the Indslev bar to taste their Wit to clean the salt in my mouth. Very refreshing, but not as much as expected. Has some other notes as usually such as parfume, cream, yeast, hospital and soap. All in a different way never before tasted, but I think it’s the way they want it. I had a Sort hvede after, which was much better!

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Light yellow, hazy with a nice head. The aroma is just like a wit should be with notes of wheat, spice and citrus. The flavour is almost as nice as the flavour, but somewhat sweeter than the average wit, a bit thinner and with less citrus - and this is a minus for me.
