Hvid is a astringent fresh, citrusy, and a perfect thirst quencher in the summer heat. Bring the beer to the terasse, to the park, or to the beach, and quench Your thirst in the warm sunshine. Or enjoy the beer together with newly caught fish, shellfish, or summer salads. Hvid is brewed from barley and wheat malt, but is also added unmalted wheat from the area around Indslev. The beer is also added a selected mixture of spices, that adds to the beers aroma. Serve the beer refrigerator cold in the largest glass in the house. Shake the last 10-15 ml. before pouring.

Bottle@Home. Very fruity aroma, mainly banana, coriander. Hazy, shiny yellow, white head, good lace. Sweet, malty, wheat, banana, light bitter, some citrus. Soft, medium full. Flavourful, well brewed. But no Belgian Witbier, more like a German Hefeweizen.

Pale yellow color with a fine head. Aroma of citrus. Flavor is sligthly sweet. A little thin but definitely an ok lawnmower beer.

Tasted only two days after tapped: White good hue, foggy yellow body, some mustard-coloured tones. Some lacings. Nose; clover, ginger, wheat malts, vanilla, milky cream. Taste; fresh fruity, milky cream, fruity malts, nut, vanilla. Finishes fresh mild creamy fruity. You don’t use champagne anymore to shrimps, now you use Indslev Hvid. Draught at home. A perfect thirst quencher. Pours hazy yellow with white head. Notes of wheat, coriander and wheat in aroma. Flavour is citric, wheaty and spicy but a little watery. This beer needs a little more body.

50 cl bottle@home in Weissbeer glass@approx 5 degrees C. Pours cloudy yellow with cloudy ginger colored yeast in suspension. Sufficient white head which diminishes fast, but stays for the duration. Aroma of malt, yeast, flowery hop and elderberry. Taste of light witbeer with clear hints of orange, orange peel, hard to place spices and wheat.. Finish mild, fruity and slightly yeasty. Palate somewhat watery, but well balanced and very refreshing on a warm day.
