COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Bottle. 4.9%. Best before 23.04.13. Pours a hazy copper/light brown with a diminishing beige/light khaki head. Sweet aroma, fruity with notes of yeast. Flavour is sweet and fruity, with yeast and a dusty note. Fruit and yeast finish with an alcohol note bordering grain, and a lingering tart touch. Wheat beers generally aren’t really my thing, but this, while not standing out or anything, is a decent well-executed and -balanced specimen. 01.03.13.
