COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Hazy yellow with a grand head. The aroma is typical wheat: banana, coriander and perfume in addition to grass, hay and dust. Sweet to begin with, but more hoppy than the typical weissbier.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy golden, with a small white head. Aroma is wheat malt, somewhat sweet, plus some hops, and an interesting flowery aromatic note. Flavor is somewhat sweet wheat malt, a bit of spice, and a somewhat dry finish (especially given the sweet start). Interesting hefe variant.
